Youth Support Specialist Job Description
We are looking to add a helper to our team! A Youth Support Specialist collaborates closely with the whole O-I-See Youth team while working with youth, in a one-on-one setting, 4-10 times per month. Case load ranges from 6 to 9 youth and the main focus is mentoring and individual skill development.
QUALIFICATIONS: MUST BE PASSIONATE TO WORK WITH YOUTH. Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, or closely related field is required. Applicant must pass a criminal background check and driving check. Hours do vary, but most consistently are after school hours required until 8:30pm (the latest) Monday through Friday during the school year. Summer hours tend to end a bit early with the latest being 8pm Monday through Thursday.
JOB LOCATION: Hudson WI with required travel within St. Croix County- company provided vehicles.
